Ingredients for Spicy & Sweet Chutney:

  • Degi red chilies 6
  • White vinegar few drops
  • White cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Garlic 6 cloves
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemons 2

For Sweet Chutney:

  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Green chilies 4
  • Red chilies 6
  • Garlic 6 cloves
  • Tamarind paste 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Rajasthani Gosht Ka Salan:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Onion chopped 3
  • Green coriander 4
  • Big cardamom 4
  • Garlic cloves 8
  • Whole red chili 8
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Whole coriander 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Paneer Bharay Parathay:

  • Cottage cheese 2 packets
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Chicken fillets 2
  • Green chilies 8
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili flakes 1/2 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Lemons 2
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Oil/ clarified butter as required
  • Flour 2 cups
  • White flour 1 cups
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Flour 2 tbsp
