Ingredients for Pineapple Cream Cake:

  • Eggs 4
  • Flour 4 oz
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Caster sugar 4 oz
  • Vanilla essence or Pineapple essence 1 tsp

For Icing:

  • Fresh cream 12 oz
  • Icing sugar 2 oz
  • Pineapple tit bit 2 cup
  • Cherries for decoration

Method:

  1. For Sponge: Beat eggs and caster sugar nicely until light and fluffy.
  2. Now put vanilla essence or pineapple essence.
  3. Now fold in strained flour and baking powder mixture and bake in oven on 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.
  4. For Icing: Beat cream and add icing sugar.
  5. For Assemble: Set layer of cake on serving plate and put 2-3 tbsp fruit syrup.
  6. Now spread beaten cream and pineapple chunks.
  7. Now cover with second part of cake, put again fruit syrup and moist it.
  8. Now cover cake with cream and serve with pineapple and cherries.
