Ingredients for Fried Rice:

  • Rice 2 cups
  • Capsicum 2
  • Eggs 4
  • Yellow food color as required
  • Green onion 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Sesame seed oil 1 tsp
  • Chicken cube flour 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash rice and soak for 3-4 hours.
  2. Then take out its water, again put 3-4 glass water, salt and vinegar, boil it, take out water and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in karahi. Then beat eggs and mix yellow food color.
  4. Now put eggs and stir fast fast so that it becomes pieces.
  5. Then put capsicum.
  6. After 2 minutes, put rice, soya sauce, sugar, salt, chicken cube flour and stir fry rice.
  7. In end, put sesame oil and green onion and serve hot.
