Ice Cream Cake by Chef Meadha Rahat

Ingredients:

  • Vanilla ice cream 1-1/2 liter
  • Glazed cherries (red) 15
  • Black currants 1 cup
  • Cream for decoration

For Cake:

  • Butter 175 gm
  • Eggs 3
  • Milk 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Brown sugar 3/4 cup
  • Maida 1-1/2 cup
  • Coco powder 4 tbsp
  • Coffee 1 tsp
  • Sugar for decoration

For Topping:

  • Chocolate 1-1/2 cup
  • Cream 3/4 cup
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Coco powder 1 tbsp
  • Almond 3/4 cup

Method:

  1. Mix butter, sugar, coffee, coco powder and brown sugar. Then put egg, maida and milk.
  2. Preheat oven on 180 degrees C.
  3. Put batter in 8 inch grease pan, bake for 15-20 minutes and take out.
  4. Mix black currants and cherries in ice cream and spread on cake.
  5. Now keep second portion of cake and spread cream.
  6. For Topping: Melt chocolate and cream and put coco powder.
  7. When it mix, then add butter. Remove from stove and chill it.
  8. Now spread on ice cream cake and serve.
