Ingredients:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Seekh kabab masala 4 tbsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Gram flour roasted 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Bread slices 1
  • Brown onion 2 tbsp
  • Raw onion 2 tbsp

For Masala:

  • Rice 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Brown onion 1/2 cup
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Cumin roasted 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. For seekh kabab: Marinate mince with all ingredients, mix it nicely and make seekh kabab.
  2. Then give smoke of coal, pan fry it and take out.
  3. Now put in masalay, cook for 10 minutes, take out and make layer on biryani.
  4. For masala: Heat oil, put ginger garlic paste, brown onion, coriander leaves, chili powder, all spice, cumin roasted with yogurt and fry it nicely.
  5. Now add seekh kabab, cover it and cook for 10 minutes until oil comes up.
  6. Then put coriander leaves and green chilies.
  7. Hot seekh kabab biryani is ready.
