					Ingredients:
For Samosa Patti:
- Flour 300 gm
 
- Ghee 2 tbsp
 
- Oil for frying
 
- Salt to taste
 
For Filling:
- Chicken boiled 300 gm
 
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
 
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
 
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
 
- Pizza sauce 5-6 tbsp
 
- Crushed mozzarella cheese 150 gm
 
- Oregano 1/2 tsp
 
- Capsicum chopped 1
 
- Tomato chopped 1
 
- All purpose flour 2-3 tbsp
 
- Oil for frying
 
- Salt to taste
 
Method:
- For patti: Put flour in mixing bowl. Then add ghee, salt and water as required, knead flour and leave it for a while.
 
- Then cut in round patti.
 
- For filling: Add boiled chicken, garlic paste, lemon juice, black pepper, pizza sauce, crushed mozzarella cheese, oregano, capsicum, tomato and salt in mixing bowl and mix it.
 
- Fill in patti.
 
- Dissolve flour in lukewarm water, make lai, paste on edges on patti and close it.
 
- Heat oil in pan, fry samosay and serve with sauce.
