Green Peas Hummus by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

  • Green peas 1 cup
  • Green olives 1/2 cup
  • Pistachios 1-1/2 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Green chilli 1
  • Tahini paste 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Mustard 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Add green peas, green chillies, green olives, garlic, pistachios, salt & pepper, tahini paste, lemon juice, mustard and some olive oil.
  2. Blend well to chunky paste.
  3. It tastes great on toast, crackers and with some raw veggie batons such as cucumbers, carrots, & radishes.
