					Ingredients:
- Butter 125 gm
- Egg yolk 3
- Lemon juice 1-1/2 tbsp
 
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Egg whites 2
- Salt as required
 
Method:
- Cook butter in pan until it makes bubbles.
- Now put egg yolks, lemon juice and white pepper in blend and blend it.
- Then add hot butter in egg mixture slowly slowly.
- Now put this sauce in bowl and cool it.
- Then put egg whites and salt in small and dry bowl and beat with electric batter until it becomes foam.
- Mix in egg mixture and cool it.
- Angel sauce is ready.
