Roghni chicken nihari

Ingredients:

  • Chicken
  • oil
  • onion paste
  • ginger garlic paster
  • red chilli pwd
  • turmeric
  • coriander 
  • salt 
  • garam masala
  • black salt
  • aniseed pwd
  • wheat flour

Method:

  1. Cook chicken, oil , onion paste, ginger garlic paste,powdered red chilli, turmeric,powdered coriander,salt, garam masala powder, black salt , aniseed powder.
  2. Until the chicken gets cooked and the oil comes out
  3. Now take out the oil and mix in the atta (wheat flour) now add in the oil that you took out again
  4. Serve with hot parathas

Balti Aloo 

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes
  • onion paste
  • ginger garlic paste
  • tomato paste
  • red chilli powder
  • turmeric
  • salt
  • kasoori methi
  • cream

Method:

  1. Fry the potatoes in the oil
  2. Then add in  onion paste,ginger garlic paste, tomato paste, red chilli powder , turmeric and salt
  3. Cook the potatoes till they are well done.
  4. Now add in kasoori methi , cream and salt
  5. Balti aloo is ready

Roghni Paratha

Ingredients:

  • Flour
  • egg
  • salt
  • ghee
  • water
  • oil

Method:

  1. Add wheat flour, egg, salt, ghee mix well and knead softly with water.
  2. Make small ball out of the dough and make roti's 
  3. Fry in oil
  4. Roghni parathas are ready
