Anday ka halwa

Ingredients:

  • Eggs
  • sugar
  • ghee
  • yellow colour
  • cardamom powder
  • vanilla essence
  • boiled eggs
  • pistachios
  • almonds

Method:

  1. In a pot mix eggs and sugar until the sugar gets dissolved
  2. In another pot let the ghee melt add in the egg and sugar mixture and cook on a low flame
  3. When it starts to boil add in yellow colour , cardamom powder ,vanilla essence and let it cook till the halwa is ready
  4. Take it out in a tray garnish with boiled eggs, pistachios and almonds
