Chicken Chilli by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 300 gm
  • Capsicum 1
  • Carrot medium 1
  • Onion medium 1
  • Cooking oil 5 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Green chili 4
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Bake parlor spaghetti and masala mix sachet

Method:

  1. Boil spaghetti in salted boil water for 5-7 minutes till it remains 1/4.
  2. Now strain hot water, pass cold water, mix 1 tbsp oil and keep it aside.
  3. Put 4 tbsp oil in pan and heat on medium flame.
  4. Now add garlic and fry for 30 seconds.
  5. Then put chicken and fry for 2 minutes.
  6. Now dissolve masala mix sachet in 3 cup water, set it and keep it aside.
  7. Then put capsicum, carrot, onion and green chili in chicken and cook for 1 minute.
  8. Now add masala mixture in chicken and vegetables and cook for 4 minutes.
  9. In end, take it out and serve with hot spaghetti.
