Cheese Dosa Roll by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

For Dosa:

  • Rice 2 cup
  • Mash daal 1 cup
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

For Roll Filling:

  • Boneless chicken 200 gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
  • Oil 4-5 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Soak mash daal and rice overnight, grind in water in morning, thick it and make paste.
  2. Now add cumin and salt.
  3. Then heat oil in pan and roast garlic paste and chicken.
  4. Now put cumin, red chili, turmeric, salt, black pepper, fresh coriander and green chilies and cook it.
  5. When it is cooked, remove it.
  6. Now put some oil on tawa and spread dough paste in shape of roll.
  7. When it is little cooked, put masala.
  8. Then put cheese, turn like roll from both sides, cook on both sides and remove it.
