Ingredients:

  • Cottage cheese 1 packet
  • Bread slices 6
  • Bread crumbs 1 packet
  • Flour 1 tbsp
  • Chicken stock cube 1
  • Chopped almonds 15
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chopped garlic 4 cloves
  • Ginger 1/2 tbsp
  • Chopped green onion 2
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
  • Beaten eggs 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to deep fry

Method:

  1. Grate cottage cheese.
  2. Now cut bread slices edges, put in blender and make finely bread crumbs.
  3. Then mix cottage cheese and bread crumbs and add flour, stock cube, almonds, black pepper, garlic, ginger, green onion, green chilies, green coriander and salt.
  4. Now keep it aside for set.
  5. Then make small cutlets, dip in beaten eggs and deep fry in hot oil or shallow fry on low flame till golden brown.
  6. Then keep on kitchen paper so that oil absorbs.
  7. Then sprinkle 1 pinch gram flour and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
