Tuna Fish Gravy With Zeera Rice by Ayesha Wajid

Ingredients:

  • Tuna fish 1 can
  • Tomato chopped 2-3
  • Onion 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili to taste
  • White cumin crushed 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies for garnish
  • Coriander leaves for garnish
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Heat oil in saucepan and fry onion until golden.
  2. Then add tomatoes, salt, red chili, ginger garlic paste and white cumin.
  3. Add water as required and tuna fish at time of roasting and cook it nicely until oil and water dries.
  4. Now sprinkle garam masala, garnish with green chilies and coriander leaves and serve hot.
