Blackened Fish by Rauf Abbasi
- Fish fillet 500 gm
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Red pepper 1 tbsp
- Sea salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tbsp
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Lemon 1
- Marinate fish with garlic, red pepper, sea salt, black pepper and olive oil.
- Heat oil in big pan, add marinated fish and fry until golden brown.
- Then keep in plate and bake in oven for few minutes.
- Then serve with lemon and mashed potatoes.
