Ingredients:

  • Boiled chicken (shredded) 1 cup
  • Ghee 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Beaten eggs 2

Method:

  1. Heat ghee and fry onions slightly.
  2. Add flour, salt, black pepper and chicken, stir it, add milk and cook until thick.
  3. For patties: Roll dough 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Then cut with 3 inch round cutter and keep on tray.
  5. Then brush with beaten egg and fill with 1 tsp filling.
  6. Now cover with another dough and cut with small size cutter.
  7. Then press it and close it.
  8. Then brush with beaten egg and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Chicken Patties is a Bakery Dish, prepared with Chicken & Milk, stuffed in Dough, baked in Oven and served Hot or Warm.
