Ingredients:

  • Cherry tomato 4-5
  • Red chili pepper 2 tsp
  • Fish sauce 1/2 tbsp
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Pasta as required
  • Green beans boiled 6
  • Green papaya 2 cups
  • Brown sugar 1/2 tbsp
  • Green lemon 1
  • Salted toasted peanuts 1/2 cup
  • Cucumber 1
  • Carrot 1
  • Small prawns 250 gm
  • Coriander leaves as required

Method:

  1. Cook beans on medium flame until crispy and tender and cut into 2 inch pieces.
  2. Add peanuts, garlic and prawns in frying pan and saute it.
  3. Then put peeled green papaya, cucumber and carrot in hamam dasta and crush it.
  4. Then add tomatoes, red chili pepper, garlic, prawns, brown sugar, coriander leaves, lemon juice and pasta and mix it nicely.
  5. Now put mixture in bowl, keep in fridge for a while and serve chill.
