Haryali Kabab by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Finely chopped mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Coriander leaves 2 bunch
  • Egg 1
  • Bread slices 2
  • Green chilies 8
  • Gram flour 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tbsp
  • Raw papaya paste 1 tbsp
  • Seekh kabab masala 2 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 2 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix coriander leaves and green chilies and make chutney.
  2. Roast gram flour in oil or ghee.
  3. Cut edges of bread slices and mix in beef mince.
  4. Also add chutney and grind in chopper.
  5. Now mix mint leaves, salt, seekh kabab masala, roasted gram flour, egg, fresh cream and papaya paste and keep it for a while.
  6. Then make seekh kabab, shallow fry it and fry on both sides nicely.
  7. Serve haryali kabab with roti or parathay.

Haryali Kabab is Delicious Indian & Pakistani Recipe. It is served as Side Dish. It can be served with Raita, Lemon, Roti or Parathay.
