Ingredients:

  • Milk 2 kg
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Dry milk 1 cup
  • Rice flour 1 cup
  • Egg whites 2
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Almonds, Pistachios 1/4 cup
  • Sugar powder 1 cup
  • Silver leaves for garnish
  • Ghee 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Cook milk.
  2. When it boils, add lemon juice.
  3. When milk bursts, put in malmal cloth and strain it.
  4. Now put cardamom powder, rice flour, dry milk, almonds, pistachios, egg whites, sugar powder and ghee and chop it in chopper nicely.
  5. When all ingredients are mixed, grease tray and spread mixture.
  6. Then bake in oven on 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.
  7. Then take it out and cool it.
  8. Then garnish with silver leaves, cut into pieces, sprinkle almonds and pistachios and serve.
