Ingredients:

  • Milk 1 liter
  • Cream 2 cups
  • Sugar 200 gm
  • Rose syrup 4 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Banana jelly 1 packet
  • Strawberry jelly 1 packet
  • Almonds 8-10
  • Pistachios 8-10
  • Fruit cocktail 1 small
  • Raisins 8-10
  • Colored boiled vermicelli hand full

Method:

  1. Cook milk and sugar until sugar dissolves.
  2. Add corn flour mixture and cook until thick like custard.
  3. Then add cream, mix it well and cool it.
  4. Then add red drink and mix it nicely.
  5. Then add fruits, vermicelli, half dry fruits, half jelly chunks, mix them nicely and put in bowl.
  6. Decorated with remaining dry fruits and jelly chunks and served chilled.

Lab-e-Shireen is South Asian Dessert. It is Common Dish in Pakistan. It is usually eaten after Dinner. It is usually served in Wedding & Valima Parties in Pakistan.
