Ingredients:

  • Eggs 8
  • Bread slices 3-4
  • Condensed milk 1 cup
  • Dry milk 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Milk 2-3 cup
  • Saffron 1/4 tsp
  • Yellow color as required
  • Small cardamom 4-5
  • Desi ghee 1/2 cup
  • Almonds, Pistachio as required

Method:

  1. Beat eggs, put sugar, bread slices, condensed milk, milk, yellow color and saffron, mix it nicely and keep it aside.
  2. Heat ghee in pot, add mixture and stir it continuously.
  3. When ghee separates, take out dish, garnish with almonds and pistachios and serve hot.

Anday Ka Zafrani Halwa is mouth-washing sweet dish. It is all time favorite dish for sweet lovers.
