Ingredients:

  • Fish 1 kg
  • Tamarind pulp 1/2 cup
  • Gram flour 1/2 cup
  • Carom seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilies 2 tsp
  • Chaat masala 2 tsp
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Spread salt on fish and leave it for 1 hour.
  2. Now wash fish nicely and put in pot.
  3. Also add carom seeds, fenugreek seeds, tamarind pulp, salt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, gram flour and red chilies, mix it nicely, spread on fish and leave for 2 hours.
  4. Then heat oil in pot, fry fish on medium flame and sprinkle chaat masala.
  5. Besani fish fry is ready.

Besani Fish Fry is delicious & healthy dish. The meat is soft. Must try this recipe after making lots of meat dishes.
