Ingredients:

  • Gram flour 2 tbsp
  • Mince 250 gm
  • Coriander leaves as required
  • Finely chopped green chilies 2-3
  • Mint leaves as required
  • Finely chopped onion 1
  • Finely chopped tomato 1 medium
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Beaten egg 1
  • Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1/2 tsp
  • Pomegranate seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for fry

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients except oil in mince and make kabab.
  2. Then heat oil in pan, fry it and serve hot.

Muthiya Kabab is other variety of kabab. It is prepared with mince and in shape of fist.
