Pasta With Veggies

Ingredients:

  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Finely chopped onion 1
  • Tomato puree 2 tbsp
  • Mix vegetables 1 cup
  • Vegetable stocks 2 cups
  • Pasta 1 cup
  • Baked beans 200 gm
  • Grated cheddar cheese for serving

Method:

  1. Heat olive oil in pan on medium flame and fry onion until soft.
  2. Now add tomato puree, add vegetables and vegetable stock and boil it.
  3. Then add pasta and mix it.
  4. Then cover it and simmer it for 12-14 minutes on pasta cooks.
  5. Now add beans, mix it, sprinkle cheddar cheese and serve.
