French Cream Soup

Ingredients:

  • Prawns 300 gm
  • Mushrooms 1 tin
  • Chicken stock 3 cups
  • Flour 2-3 tbsp
  • Finely chopped onion 1
  • Finely crushed garlic 2-3 cloves
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Butter 4-5 tbsp
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves or Parsley for garnish

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan, put onion and garlic and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Now add prawns and mushrooms and fry on high flame for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Then add black pepper, white pepper and salt.
  4. Then put butter.
  5. Then add flour and fry it nicely.
  6. All ingredients combines, add stock, when thick, take it out.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves or parsley and serve.
