Gajar Ka Halwa
- Carrots 8-10
- Ghee 3 tbsp
- Green cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
- Sugar 3/4 cup
- Almond slice 5-6
- Cashew nuts 5-6
- Raisins 10-15
- Grated khoya 1 cup
- Chopped pistachio 5-6
- Heat ghee in pan, add carrot and mix it.
- Then mix green cardamom powder.
- Now add sugar and mix it.
- Then add all ingredients except pistachio and mix it.
- Then garnished with reserved khoya and pistachio and serve.
Gajar Ka Halwa is delicious & common sweet dish. It is prepared in easy & simple method. The addition of raisins & cashew nuts is amazing.
