Keema Paratha

Ingredients:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Finely chopped onion 1
  • Lemons 2
  • Finely chopped green chilies 3
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For Parathay:

  • Flour 1/2 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil or Ghee as required
  • Maida 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put mince, green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder and salt in pot and fry with oil.
  2. When it cools, mix onion and lemon juice.
  3. Mix salt in flour and knead it.
  4. Then make balls, roll like roti and spread mince.
  5. Then roll second roti, keep on it and close edges with wet maida.
  6. Then roast it nicely with oil or ghee on tawa.

Keema Paratha is delicious paratha. Mince is stuffed in paratha and served with raita.
