Chicken Steak

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet 300 gm
  • Crushed black pepper 2-3 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 1 tbsp
  • Red vine vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Garlic chopped 5-6 cloves
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Butter 3-4 tbsp
  • Olive oil 3-4 tbsp
  • Mixed vegetables as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Keep steak on cooking board, put black pepper and salt and press with hands.
  2. Now put butter and olive oil in frying pan, put pepper steak, cook on both sides on medium flame, take it out and keep it aside.
  3. Then put vinegar in pan and cook it little.
  4. Now put cream, butter and garlic and cook more on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Now add salt, mix it nicely and sauce is ready.
  6. For vegetables:
  7. Put vegetables in pan, add butter, black pepper, salt and oil and cook it.
  8. When vegetables tender, keep steak in sizzling platter.
  9. Then put vegetables and sauce and serve.

Chicken Steak is delicious dish. Chicken is cooked in butter & served in sizzler with red vine vinegar sauce & vegetables. Make it at home easily.
