Cabbage Potato & Sausage Soup

Ingredients:

• Hot sausages or Italian sausages 5-6
• Oil 2 tbsp
• Garlic 6 cloves
• Onion 1
• Green chilies 2
• Boiled eggs 2
• Potatoes 250 gm
• Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
• Chicken cubes 2
• Cabbage 1/2
• Thyme 3/4 tsp
• Water 4 cups
• Salt to taste
  

Method:

1. Heat oil in pot, saute onion and garlic, add sausages and cook it nicely.
2. Then add potatoes, chicken cubes and water and cook until potatoes tender.
3. Now sprinkle thyme add cabbage, put green chilies and cook more for 5-7 minutes.
4. In end, serve with boiled eggs.
