Ingredients:

  • Gondh 100 gm
  • Almonds 100 gm
  • Pistachios 100 gm
  • Walnuts 100 gm
  • Melon seeds 200 gm
  • Sesame seeds 100 gm
  • White flour parathay 3-4
  • Ghee 2 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Milk 1 cup

Method:

  1. Put ghee in pot, fry gondh and keep it aside.
  2. Now put all dry fruits, fry it and keep it aside.
  3. Fry parathay on tawa until hard and crush it finely.
  4. Then also crush almonds, pistachios, walnuts, melon seeds, sesame seeds and gondh.
  5. Put all crushed ingredients in mixing bowl and add sugar.
  6. Now put all ingredients in that ghee in which you fried dry fruits, add milk and fry it nicely until all ingredients combines.
  7. When aroma comes, take out in dish and serve.
  8. Gondh ka halwa is ready.

Gondh Ka Halwa is delicious halwa. It is prepared with edible gum (gondh), nuts, dry fruits and white flour parathay. You must try this halwa.
