Ingredients:

  • Bhindi 1/2 kg
  • Lemons 2
  • Finely chopped green chilies 2
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash bhindi nicely, dry it and cut it finely.
  2. Now heat oil in pan, put bhindi and stir it.
  3. When water of bhindi dries, add red chilies, turmeric and cumin, roast it slightly and remove it.
  4. Then put lemon juice, green chilies and salt in bhindi and serve hot with parathay or roti.

Jhatpat Bhindi is tasty dish. It is prepared in few minutes. You can serve it in breakfast. Serve it with roti or parathay.
