Kache Keemay Ke Kabab

Ingredients:

  • Finely beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Fat 50 gm
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
  • Finely chopped onion 1
  • Finely chopped green chilies 3-4
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Bread crumbs 2-3 tbsp
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Grind mince with fat in mince finely.
  2. Repeat this step 2-3 times.
  3. Put grinded mince, yogurt, all spice powder, crushed red chilies, onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, eggs, bread crumbs and salt in mixing bowl, mix it nicely and leave for few moments.
  4. Now make kabab and fry in oil on low flame.
  5. Set tissue paper on plate, take out kabab and put on plate so that oil of kabab dries.
  6. Then take out kabab in serving dish and serve with salad leaves, tomatoes and onion.

Kache Keemay Ke Kabab is amazing dish. It is prepared with raw mince. Serve with sauce or ketchup.
