Crispy Plum Sauce Chicken

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Dry plum 125 gm
  • Crushed chili 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar 4 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder as required
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Sesame seeds 1/2 tsp


  1. Put chicken, vinegar, salt, ginger garlic paste and black pepper powder in pot, cover it and cook on low flame.
  2. For sauce: Cook plum with 2 cups water in pan and blend in blender.
  3. When chicken tender, heat oil in other pan, put chicken and sauce and roast on low flame.
  4. When chicken and sauce is nicely mixed, close stove, garnish with sesame seeds and serve.

Crispy Plum Sauce Chicken is delicious dish. Chicken and plum is cooked separately. Then cooked together and mixed. Serve rice.
