Crispy Chicken Sticks

Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless fillet 1/2 kg
  • Eggs 2
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Mustard powder 1 tsp
  • White vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chicken cube flour or Chicken powder 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash chicken nicely and marinate with black pepper, vinegar, soya sauce, mustard powder, chicken cube flour or chicken powder, corn flour and salt nicely.
  2. Now dip in egg whites, coat with bread crumbs and leave for 15 minutes.
  3. Then heat oil in wok and deep fry chicken.
  4. When golden brown, take it out and serve with tomato ketchup.

Crispy Chicken Sticks is similar to fried chicken. Chicken is marinated, dipped in eggs, coated with bread crumbs and deep fries.
