Mirchon Ky Pakoray

Ingredients:

  • Big green chilies 1/2 kg
  • Gram flour 1/2 cup
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Soda 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

For Garnish:

  • Chili garlic sauce 1/2 cup
  • Chaat masala as required
  • Salad leaves 3-4

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients except oil in bowl and make batter.
  2. Now heat oil in pan and fry batter like pakoray.
  3. Then take out in dish and sprinkle chaat masala.
  4. Then serve with chili garlic sauce and salad leaves.

Mirchon Ky Pakoray is spicy pakoray. It is common snack in Pakistan specially in Ramadan. It is served with sauce or ketchup.
