Strawberry Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

For Dressing:

• Sugar 1 tbsp
• Red vinegar 2 tbsp
• Water 1 tbsp
• Salt 1/8 tsp
• Black pepper powder 1/8 tsp
• Extra origin olive oil 2 tbsp
  

For Salad:

• Iceberg & Lettuce as required
• Rocket leaves 1 cup
• Strawberries 1 cup
• Onion 1
• Chicken breast 1
• Cashew nut 2 tbsp
• Cheese 1/2 cup
  

Method:

1. For dressing: Put sugar, vinegar, water, salt and black pepper in small bowl, stir it and sprinkle oil.
2. For salad: Put iceberg, lettuce, rocket leaves, strawberries, onion and chicken in small bowl, mix it nicely and top with cashew nut and cheese.
3. Then sprinkle dressing on salad and serve.
