Traditional English Trifle Recipe
- Sponge cake 1
- Fruit cocktail 1 tin
- Strawberry jam as required
- Banana jelly 1 packet
- Raspberry 1 packet
- Strawberry jelly 1 packet
- Orange jelly 1 packet
- Vanilla custard powder 3 tbsp
- Milk 2 cups
- Sugar 3-4 tbsp
- Cream 2 packets
- Icing sugar 2 tbsp
- Spread jam on sponge cake.
- Now divide into 2 portions like sandwich.
- Then put cake pieces and fruit cocktail in deep dish and soft it.
- Now put remaining fruit cocktail, jellies and vanilla custard powder.
- Then cool it.
- Then mix cream in icing sugar, put with jelly and serve.
Traditional English Trifle is delicious dessert. It is prepared with sponge cake, fruit cocktail and jellies. Served in layered and chilled.
