Satrangi Sabzi Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes 2
  • Carrot 1
  • Cabbage 250 gm
  • Capsicum 1
  • Eggplant 1
  • French beans 1 cup
  • Green beans 1 cup
  • Tamarind pulp 2 tbsp
  • Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 2-3
  • Coriander leaves 2-3 tbsp
  • Tamarind pulp 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Peel potatoes, cut into cubes and boil potatoes, carrot, cabbage, capsicum, eggplant, french beans and green beans together.
  2. Now heat oil in pan and put cumin and garlic.
  3. Add boiled vegetables, spices and tamarind pulp, cover it and cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Then put coriander leaves and green chilies and serve with roti.

Satrangi Sabzi is tasty dish. It is prepared with mixed vegetables. Serve with methi ki roti.
