Strawberry Mousse Recipe

  • Strawberries finely chopped 1 cup
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Water 5 tbsp
  • Gelatin 3/4 tsp
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Egg whites 2
  • Vanilla essence 1/4 tsp
  • Cream 1/2 cup


  1. Put strawberries and sugar in bowl and leave for 10 minutes.
  2. Now blend strawberries in blender.
  3. Then water and gelatin in pan, cook for 5 minutes and make mixture.
  4. Now put sugar, remaining water and salt in pan and cook on low flame until sugar dissolves.
  5. Then beat egg whites and gelatin with batter.
  6. Now put sugar slowly slowly and beat it nicely.
  7. Then put sugar syrup slowly in egg whites mixture, blend on medium speed and then on high speed.
  8. Now blend vanilla essence.
  9. Then blend mixture on high speed in big bowl.
  10. Now fold 1/4 egg white mixture in cream.
  11. Then fold remaining egg white mixture in strawberries.
  12. Then put in serving glass, chill for 2 hours and serve.

Strawberry Mousse is delicious dessert. Strawberries is blended. Mixture is prepared with gelatin & egg whites. Then mixed with cream & strawberries and served chilled.
