					Ingredients:
- Crushed digestive biscuits 2 cups
- Melted butter 4 tbsp
- Hung curd 1/2 kg
- Eggs 3
- Maida 3 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Cherry 1 yin
- Caster sugar ass required
- Cream 1 cup
 
Method:
- Mix biscuits with butter.
- Now spread on 8x8 inch square pyrex dish.
- Put yogurt, cheese, eggs cream, maida, caster sugar and lemon juice in blender and blend for 1 minute.
- Now take out in bowl, put chopped cherries and put on layer of biscuits.
- Then bake for 40 minutes.
- Now put icing sugar, cut into cubes and serve.
 
  
					
					Baked Cherry Cheesecake is delightful dessert. Base is prepared with biscuits. Topped with yogurt, cheese & cream mixture and cherries. Baked and served in squares.
