Toffee Muffins Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Eggs 2
  • Caster sugar 3 oz
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Toffee essence few drops
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Maida 11 oz
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Butterscotch toffee as required
  • Butter 4 oz

Method:

  1. Mix melted butter, eggs, caster sugar and milk in bowl.
  2. Now sieve maida, baking powder and salt.
  3. Then add in butter mixture.
  4. Also put toffee essence and mix it.
  5. Then line muffin tray and put mixture.
  6. Now put crushed toffee, put more mixture and bake on 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.

Toffee Muffins is yummy & amazing muffins. It is prepared with maida, milk, toffee essence and butterscotch toffee. Make it and surprise your children.
