Chicken Karahi Recipe
- Chicken 1/2 kg
- Finely chopped tomatoes 3-4
- Finely chopped onion 1
- Green chilies 3-4
- Crushed black pepper 1/4 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Ginger paste 1 tsp
- Put chicken, ginger paste, garlic paste, water and salt, cover it and roast for few minutes on low flame.
- Now put oil, tomatoes, green chilies and onion.
- When water dries and chicken tender, put black pepper and close stove.
- Serve with naan and boiled rice.
