Murgh Kabuli Pulao Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 300 gm
  • Chickpeas boiled 100 gm
  • Onion slice 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Rice 300 gm
  • Butter 3 tbsp
  • Bay leaves 2
  • Black pepper whole 6
  • Saffron 1 pinch
  • Carrot small 1
  • Black pepper 2 tbsp
  • Pistachio 2 tbsp
  • Almond 2 tbsp
  • Onion fried 2 tbsp
  • Black cumin 1 tsp

Direction:

  1. Put pistachio, almond, carrot, raisins, chicken and onion in pan and boil for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Now put salt.
  3. Put butter, cumin, black pepper and bay leaves in other pan, add chicken and fried onion.
  4. Then put carrot, almond, pistachio, raisin and water, add rice, cover it and cook it.
  5. Then put chickpeas and saffron and cook more.
  6. Then garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

Murgh Kabuli Pulao is tasty pulao. Chicken, nuts and carrot are boiled. Then cooked with chickpeas, rice and butter. Serve with raita.
