Murgh Kabuli Pulao Recipe

Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 300 gm
- Chickpeas boiled 100 gm
- Onion slice 1
- Salt to taste
- Rice 300 gm
- Butter 3 tbsp
- Bay leaves 2
- Black pepper whole 6
- Saffron 1 pinch
- Carrot small 1
- Black pepper 2 tbsp
- Pistachio 2 tbsp
- Almond 2 tbsp
- Onion fried 2 tbsp
- Black cumin 1 tsp
Direction:
- Put pistachio, almond, carrot, raisins, chicken and onion in pan and boil for 10-15 minutes.
- Now put salt.
- Put butter, cumin, black pepper and bay leaves in other pan, add chicken and fried onion.
- Then put carrot, almond, pistachio, raisin and water, add rice, cover it and cook it.
- Then put chickpeas and saffron and cook more.
- Then garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
Murgh Kabuli Pulao is tasty pulao. Chicken, nuts and carrot are boiled. Then cooked with chickpeas, rice and butter. Serve with raita.
