Swiss Roll Ice Cream Mold
- Eggs 4
- Maida 4 oz
- Sugar 4 oz
For Strawberry Jam Filling:
- Strawberry ice cream 1 liter
- For Swiss Roll: Beat eggs and sugar.
- Now fold this mixture in maida and put in Swiss roll tray.
- Then bake for 10 minutes.
- Now remove grease proof paper, spread jam roll and cool it.
- Then cut it and cover bowl with it.
- Then put ice cream, chill it.
Swiss Roll Ice Cream Mold is delicious dessert. Swiss roll is prepared with eggs, maida and sugar. Baked, cut into pieces, spread in bowl, topped with strawberry ice cream and served chilled.
