Warqi Samosa Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Maida 1-1/2 cups
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Water to knead
  • Ghee as required
  • Dry maida as required

For Filling:

  • Eggs 3
  • Onion chopped 1-1/2 cup
  • Green chilies chopped 6
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp

Direction:

  1. Put maida and salt in bowl and knead with water.
  2. Now make small balls of it.
  3. Then spread ghee, sprinkle maida and cover it for 30 minutes.
  4. Then roll it.
  5. Now make samosa and fill with filling.
  6. Then fry in ghee.

Warqi Samosa is tasty samosa. It is prepared with maida and filled with eggs & green vegetables. Then fried in ghee and serve with sauce or ketchup.
