Kerala Paratha Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Maida 2 cups
  • Wheat flour 1/4 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Soda 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup

Direction:

  1. Put all ingredients except oil in bowl, mix it and knead it.
  2. Now cover it and leave for 2 hours.
  3. Then knead it again and make small balls.
  4. Now roll like paratha.
  5. Then fry in hot oil.

Kerala Paratha is popular South India dish. It is prepared with maida, wheat flour, milk and eggs. Mixed, made balls and fried.
