Freezer Patties Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Undercut 1/2 kg
  • Tomato puree 2 tbsp
  • Cumin roasted & crushed 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 2-3
  • Potatoes boiled 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilies crushed 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Gram flour as required
  • Eggs beaten 2
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp

Direction:

  1. Put tomato puree, red chilies, cumin, all spice powder, salt, ginger garlic, vinegar, soya sauce, chili garlic sauce and 2 cups water in undercut and cook it.
  2. Now put potatoes, salt, black pepper, lemon juice and spices.
  3. Now make one layer of potato on baking tray.
  4. Then make layer of undercut.
  5. Now again make layer of potato.
  6. Then cover with foil and keep in fridge for 4 hours.
  7. Now mix eggs in little water.
  8. Now take out tray and cut mixture into cubes.
  9. Then coat cubes with gram flour.
  10. Then dip in eggs and coat with bread crumbs.
  11. Then fry in hot oil.

Freezer Patties is tasty snack dish. Undercut is cooked with potatoes and spices. Potato layered is made, topped with undercut layered and topped with potato layered. Then chilled, coated with gram flour, eggs & bread crumbs and fried. You must try this recipe.
