Palak Paneer Recipe

Ingredients:
- Spinach 1 kg
- Cottage cheese 2 packet
- Milk pack cream 1 packet
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Onion 1
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- All spice powder 1/2 tsp
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 4
For Garnish:
- Butter 2-3 tbsp
- Coriander leaves few
- Ginger 1/2 inch
Method:
- Boil spinach, strain water, put in blender and blend it.
- Then put onion in cooking pot, fry it, add ginger garlic paste and until golden brown.
- Then add salt, red chili powder, black pepper, turmeric, all spice powder and cumin and make masala for spinach.
- Now add blended spinach gravy, mix it nicely, add cream and cook on high flame for 2 minutes.
- Then fry cheese and green chilies in oil until golden brown and add in spinach gravy.
- Then garnish with butter, coriander leaves and ginger and serve with naan.
