Vegetable Korma Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower chopped 1 cup
  • Peas 1 cup
  • Turnip chopped 1 cup
  • Carrots cubes 1 cup
  • Potatoes cubes 1 cup
  • Tomatoes cubes 1 cup
  • Onion chopped 1 cup
  • Green chilies 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder
  • All spice powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Oil as required

Direction:

  1. Heat oil in pot.
  2. Then put ginger garlic paste, all spice powder, red chili powder, turmeric and coriander powder and cook for few minutes.
  3. Then add onion and yogurt, mix it and cook it.
  4. Then put all vegetables and salt and mix it nicely.
  5.  Then add 1 cup water, cover it and cook it until vegetables tender.
  6. Then take out in dish and serve with roti or naan and raita.

Vegetable Korma is delicious dish. It is prepared with mixed vegetables and cooked with spice & yogurt. Serve it with raita and roti or naan. You must try this recipe.
